We are Litera Transact certified!

Mathilde Chator has completed Litera Transact certification.

Litera Transact is a legal transaction management cloud-based application that provides transparency on the M&A process by enabling stakeholders to access documents at any time, from any place. The platform also streamlines the signature process, from the creation of signature pages, to integration with DocuSign for sending signature packets of the relevant pages to each signatory and tracking their signatures.

Mathilde joined Slotine in 2018 for a six-month internship and ended up signing on as an associate, with the ambition of growing with the firm as the dependable, purpose-driven corporate lawyer she is.

Slotine was founded in Hong Kong in 2016 to bring the expertise of French and Hong Kong lawyers under one roof. The firm focuses on two practices: Corporate (M&A, private equity and international direct investment) and General Counsel (commercial contracts, employment, tax and dispute resolution).

To date, Mathilde has managed shareholder exits, shareholders’ agreements, group restructuring and reorganisation, as well as private equity deals on Litera Transact.

Well done, Mathilde!
