WHAT TO EXPECT
For the past five years or so since the commencement of our firm, we have welcomed at least two interns or paralegals every year, sometimes more. We remain in touch with most of them (former interns or paralegal are usually the first to like our posts on social media) and we are always happy to receive news as they advance in their careers.
To make the most of the experience with us, interns, paralegals or trainees are expected to fully embrace our values: clear, forward thinking and effective.
Interns / Paralegals / Trainees should expect
- friendly & hard-working environment conducive of acquiring sought-after professional skills;
- training with and daily use of innovative tools for lawyers, for legal searches, time recording, project management, due diligences & closing deals (the list is non exhaustive);
- to be challenged in their legal searches to reach our standards in terms of being both thorough and practical;
- adequate supervision and direct exposure to transactions.
INTERNSHIPS OR PARALEGAL EXPERIENCE
We offer Winter and Summer internships or paralegal experience for law students. The dates are as follows:

Solid knowledge of contract and corporate law plus at least another practice area of the firm (commercial contracts, employment law, tax etc.). Previous experience of minimum six months with another law firm or in-house Counsel. Detailed obsessed & practical. |

ASSOCIATE POSITION
We are not currently looking for new associates.
